Hello Kitty's Golden Week Getaway!

Golden Week is the most exciting holiday season in Japan, but this year, Hello Kitty has a very special secret mission! While the rest of the country is heading off to vacations and festivals, Hello Kitty is making her way to Sanrio Puroland to visit her dear Mama, Mary White! 

With her Sanrio friends helping her prepare the perfect Mother’s Day surprise,  Hello Kitty is hopping on the Shinkansen, clutching a bouquet of carnations, and getting ready for a sweet family reunion. She even packed the most kawaii essentials for the journey, and she’s inviting you to join her on this sentimental Golden Week getaway!

Fukubukuro Mania!

Japan welcomes the New Year with one of its most exciting traditions, the fukubukuro or lucky bag! Made up of the kanji characters for “fortune” (福) and “bag” (袋), fukubukuro are shopping bags filled with random mystery goodies. People line up outside their favorite stores every January to test their luck and see what surprises they get for the year ahead.

This month, we’re bringing that same thrill straight to your doorstep with our theme, Fukubukuro Mania!  Opening your box feels a lot like revealing a lucky bag, where you’ll find a mix of surprises. Some finds are cute, some are practical, and some are little treats meant to brighten your day.
