Your Subscription Contract
By purchasing any subscription, you acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment feature and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation. Your subscription will be automatically extended for successive periods, at the then-current subscription rate. To cancel your subscription at any time, you must update your user account at the site or email us. If you cancel your subscription, you will not be eligible for a prorated refund of any portion of the subscription fee paid for the then-current subscription period.
Shipping
The shipping is free and includes registration with limited tracking. The subscriber is responsible for paying all tariffs, duties, taxes, VAT and other charges that may occur when importing the box to their home country. For EU subscribers, the EU VAT will be added during checkout.
Returns
Once your monthly box is shipped from us the box or products included cannot be returned. Unclaimed shipments may be returned back to us and can be shipped again to the customer once without extra costs.
Risk of Loss
All missing or damaged shipments or items must be reported within 30 days of shipping to qualify for a replacement. Include a photo on the message.
